SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Shipment takes on average about a month. All the shipped order have their own tracking numbers. However please note, that in some cases (mainly for US) we use transporting company that provides tracking number only when the wig passes customs!

There can be some delays or the package can be stuck or lost. In these cases we contact the post service directly and discuss options for solving this issue with each customer individually. 

Unfortunately, shipping time does not depend on us and we can not control it. 

We really hope for your understanding and patience. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Before shipping, photos of the finished wigs are sent to the customer for approval.

These photos are not edited in any way and show the wig exactly as it will be packaged and sent. If, upon receiving the wig, the color, shape, or volume does not meet the customer’s expectations, returns will not be accepted, as the work was approved before shipment.

Once the customer approves the photos, the order is considered confirmed. Only after this approval is the wig packaged and shipped.

For obvious reasons, once the work is accepted and the wig has been shipped, no further changes can be made.

In the event that the wig is damaged during delivery, made impossible to use, or has other external damage, each situation will be discussed individually with the customer. However, we generally offer the following solutions:

  1. Damage During Shipping
    Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for postal services and cannot guarantee the conditions of delivery. We take every possible precaution to ensure the wig is packed securely.
    Therefore, in the case of damage to the wig during transit, we do not offer full refunds. Refunds will be partial, and the amount will be discussed individually with the customer. To process any claims, the customer must provide detailed photos of the damaged box, the wig’s condition, and a description of the problems. Claims without proper documentation will not be considered valid, and no refunds will be issued.

  2. Full Rework Option
    In certain cases, we may offer to remake the wig from scratch using new materials and send it to you again with no additional cost.

 

To resolve any kind of questions please be sure to contact us within three days after receiving the package! The "three days" policy is required in order to avoid fraud on the part of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding!
