COMMISSIONS
We're accepting custom orders and commissions! Just fill in the form and we will respond as soon as possible with more info and pricing. Please don't forget to write when do you need the wig to be done and to attach photo references!
How the ordering process works:
1. You can send us message here, on instagram or fill out the commission form with the details of your order! Please add as more details about your wig as possible (deadlines, country, some adjustments if needed, reference pics etc.)
2 We will send you a reply via email or Instagram (if you prefer to chat on Instagram please write about it as well and add your nickname there)
Usually we reply within 1-2 days after your message, so if this time has passed and you’ve got no answer, please contact us again!
Sometimes our reply may stuck in spam folders of your mailbox so please keep an eye so we could be in touch!
3.1 Usually for the made to order wigs and customs up to 300$ we take payment up front, for others now we have deposit system ( 1/2 of the price)
3.2 If everything suits you, and you're ok with the pricing and timing, we will send you the paylink to pay the deposit. As soon as you pay we will add you to a queue and secure the spot!
4. For some wigs we need your face and head measurements. If this is your case we will contact you about it!
5. Once the wig is finished we will send you photos for approval. We can send you photos throughout the process as well, but you need to ask us for it in advance as we don’t usually do it! Once the adjustments (if needed) are made and the finished work is approved , we will send you the paylink to clear the remaining balance.
6. We will pack and ship your wig and send you tracking information to keep an eye on it!
