STORE POLICY

By submitting a request, you agree to the following:

1. Commissions are accepted based on availability, timeframe, required skill set, and whether the requested style can be shipped internationally.

2. Please clearly specify the character name and series. If you have any styling preferences (e.g. natural, cartoony, fluffy, flowy), feel free to include them in your notes.

3. Pricing is made up of: wig cost + styling fee + packaging. Shipping costs will be estimated after you provide your address.

4. For international orders, we also include sourcing and purchasing the base wig as part of the service. Delivery of the base wig usually takes around 1 month.

5. A commission slot is confirmed only after the deposit is received. If there is no response within 1 week after the quote is sent, the request will be canceled and a new inquiry will be needed.

6. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance is paid after completion and before shipping. For orders above $500, payment plans can be discussed.

7. International payments are accepted via PayPal only.

8. Urgent orders may be accepted depending on our schedule and will include a rush fee.

9. Sometimes we may ask for precise head measurements before starting. Please make sure they are accurate, as we cannot take responsibility for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements. Delayed responses may affect delivery time.

10. Each wig is handmade, so small differences may occur even in repeat designs. Reference images from other artists are used for inspiration only and will not be directly replicated.

11. Once the wig is finished, we will send photos or videos for your approval. One minor revision can be made if needed, depending on what’s possible.

12. After final approval, the remaining balance must be paid within 30 days. If not, the order may be canceled and the wig listed for sale.

13. Shipping is done via first-class postal service or BXB. If shipping prices change due to external factors, we will inform you. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer (except in some US BXB cases).

14. All wigs are carefully packed on a cardboard stand and securely boxed. However, once shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused during transit.

15. If you’d like your wig design to stay private for a certain period, please let us know. Otherwise, we may share photos and videos on our website and social media.

16. If we reach out about progress and there is no reply for 30 days, a $50 inactivity fee will be added. After 90 days with no response, the order will be canceled.

17. All information you provide for a quote is kept confidential and used only for estimating styling and shipping costs.
