Payment & Order process

      Please note that ALL wigs on our website are made to order and are NOT in stock (except for those specifically labeled as "in stock"). The wig creation process takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the queue and the time it takes for the wig’s base material to arrive for styling.

      Orders can be completed sooner, but for expedited orders, we charge an additional fee of 50-100% of the total cost. Each rush order is discussed individually with the customer. If you place an order without specifying the urgency, it will be treated as a standard order with the 4-6 week production time.

      The photos of all custom wigs on our website are an example of the wig's appearance. Since these are handmade, slight variations in appearance and color may occur, as different batches of base material may have different tones. For custom orders, if the wig color is not white or black, the base color will be selected individually with the customer and ordered only after color approval.

      If the wig requires head measurements (mostly for ponytails), we will contact you by email with a photo and instructions on the measurements we need. If you need specific lengths for the bangs, front strands, or the wig itself, please include these details in notes with your order.

      Any wig will be sent to the customer for approval before shipping. Only after the customer approves the wig is the order considered confirmed, and the wig will be packaged and shipped. The customer has the right to request minor adjustments before the wig is approved. Once the photo is approved, no further changes will be made.

      Wigs are shipped in batches of 3-5 wigs, not individually. Therefore, approved wigs are shipped within 7-10 days after the customer’s approval. The exception is for urgent orders, which are shipped on the same day or the following day after approval.
