It takes up to- 5-8 weeks to finish your order. If you need to receive your order faster, then whenever possible we will try to accept it, but with a markup of 30 to 100 percent depending on the difficulty and deadline of your order.
Shipment takes on average about a 2-3 weeks. We will send you track number immediately after sending your order! Unfortunately, the delivery time does not depend on us and we will not be able to help get it faster as soon as the parcel leaves Russia.
We ship orders by regular mail, however, if you wish, we can use the services of EMS or DHL, but the cost of shipping will increase accordingly.
The most standard and cheapest wig packaging we use is a spacious box with a filler.However, If you choose the option "premium shipping", we will send your wig on a foam head. This will definitely help your order to reach you in the best possible condition.
